Return & Exchange Policy
Although we are proud of all of our NanGoat, Corp. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Please note returns are accepted with our authorization only.
To receive an authorization number please email us (ReturnsNanGoat@gmail.com) within 3 days of receipt of goods.
The email must contain the following:
- Subject Line : Refund Request
- Order # and Style # (Description)
- Reason for return: (Describe the problem in a few words)
- Attach the photo or video evidence of the items you'd like to return, clearly showing the damages or defects.
We gladly accept return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise up to 3 days after shipment is received. Refunds for merchandise returned within the qualifying time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with labels attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the delivery slip or invoice. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, underwear, lingerie, perfumes, lotions, and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag, or invoice are not refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Authorized claims/returns will be credited in the full amount of merchandise price as soon as the returned items are received and all proper steps have been applied. Please note that if you fail to take the proper steps of the claims/returns policy you will be charged 25% restocking fee.
If items are damaged/incorrect, NanGoat Corp. will cover the cost of the return however if you wish to return items for any other reason, you can do so within the allocated time but at your own shipping cost.
We strongly suggest that you insure your package when returning items for any unallowable reason since NanGoat, Corp. is not responsible for any returns we do not receive.
NanGoat does not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are unable to accept returns by hand. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of the items. Refunds are given for the aggregate price of the item shown on the original packing slip/invoice and all applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges and additional discounts. Some exceptions apply. Please allow 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchange
We currently do not have a return and replacement option as an exchange policy. The easiest way is to return the merchandise and purchase the replacement.
